Boosted Movers Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

1. Overview
These Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern participation in the Boosted Movers Affiliate Program ("Program"). By joining, you ("Affiliate") agree to these Terms set by Boosted Movers LLC ("Company," "we," or "us").
Boosted Movers provides AI automation and marketing solutions for moving companies. The Program rewards affiliates who refer new paying customers through approved referral links.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- We reserve the right to decline or terminate participation at our discretion.
3. Commission Structure
You earn 10% recurring commission on all payments made by referred customers for up to 6 months from the initial purchase date.
- Commissions apply only to valid payments completed via your unique referral link or referral ID.
- Refunds, chargebacks, taxes, and internal credits are excluded from commission calculations.
- Self-referrals or fraudulent signups are strictly prohibited.
4. Payouts
- Instant payouts are issued for each qualifying payment, with no minimum balance requirement.
- Payments are sent automatically via PayPal or Wise (as selected during signup).
- Affiliates are responsible for ensuring accurate payout details. Boosted Movers is not responsible for payment delays due to incorrect account information.
5. Tracking & Attribution
- All referrals are tracked via ReferralStack.
- A valid referral requires that the customer completes checkout using your referral link or an active referral cookie.
- We are not liable for tracking interruptions caused by browser settings, ad blockers, or deleted cookies.
6. Promotion Rules
You may promote Boosted Movers using ethical, accurate, and legal marketing practices only. The following are not allowed:
- Misleading claims about our services or earnings potential.
- Spamming, unsolicited messages, or paid search ads using "Boosted Movers" branded keywords.
- Impersonating Boosted Movers or its representatives.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your participation at any time for violation of these Terms or abuse of the Program.
Valid commissions earned before termination will still be paid.
8. Limitation of Liability
We make no guarantees regarding potential earnings.
Boosted Movers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from participation in the Program.
9. Amendments
