Since 2016 · Orlando, Florida

We build the revenue team a moving company could never afford to hire.

Ten years inside this industry, not outside it.

We spent a decade running marketing for American movers, watching good leads die in the gap between arriving and being called back. Boosted is what we built to close it.

We did not start in Silicon Valley. We started in the CRM.

Since 2016 we have been running marketing for American moving companies. Websites, SEO, ad campaigns. Every month, the same thing happened.

Great leads came in. Nobody called them back fast enough. The customer booked with whoever answered first.

A homeowner requests an estimate at 9pm. The office calls back at 10am. By then she has booked with the company that picked up. Multiply that across a year of leads and it is six figures.

We saw it at every company we worked with. Small operators doing $800K, mid-size shops pushing $5M. The same leak in both.

So we stopped writing ads for the problem and built the thing that fixes it: an agent that calls back in under 30 seconds, pulls from your CRM, and books the estimate before your competitor has read the notification.

Here is what that turned into.

$68,000

in booked jobs for Dependable Movers

From calls and follow-ups that were going unanswered before the agent picked them up.

“If you are considering using Boosted Movers for your sales needs, don't hesitate. Daria and her team will take great care of you. We booked $68,000+ in new jobs in 90 days.”

What we build, and what we refuse to.

Most of what gets sold to movers as AI is a general-purpose assistant with a moving company's name typed into it. Three things we insist on, and three we will not ship.

What we build

One industry, all the way down
The agent knows what a walk-through estimate is, and the difference between local and long distance. That vocabulary is the product. A general-purpose agent has to be told.
Managed, not licensed
Setup, scripting, CRM integration and ongoing optimization are included in every plan. You are not handed a console and wished luck.
Attached to an outcome
Every conversation is connected to what it became, so the question at the end of the month is arithmetic rather than opinion.

What we will not build

A chatbot with a phone number
Answering is the easy part and the least valuable. If it cannot carry an opportunity to a booked estimate, it is voicemail with extra steps.
A reason to fire your office
It takes the calls your team cannot reach: after hours, overflow, the second and third call arriving at once. Nobody loses a job to it.
Another lead invoice
You have already paid for the leads. We would rather fix the phone that is dropping them than sell you more of them.

The two people you will actually deal with.

No account manager layer. If you buy this, you talk to one of us.

Dmitry Krotov

CEO and co-founder

Marketing for American moving companies since 2016. Started with web design and SEO at Krotov Studio, scaled it to a team of seven, and saw every revenue leak in the industry from the inside. Built Boosted to fix the largest one: the gap between a lead arriving and somebody picking up the phone.

Daria Peretto

Co-founder and head of sales

Talks to moving company owners every day. Knows the shape of leads going cold, staff quitting in peak season, and competitors outspending you while you are trying to answer the phone. The bridge between the product and the people using it.

“Movers deserve better tools than a generic chatbot and a prayer.”
